Vecchi's Pepper Steak Seasoning

A very high quality blend of ground peppers and spices. Our Pepper Steak blend is used by meat departments to season or marinade steaks for their meat cases. Use this seasoning to prepare steaks for the BBQ or to sprinkle on thick sliced bacon for a great pepper bacon treat. This blend is excellent on all cuts of meat. It is an exceptional course blend for the ultimate pepper lover.

For a pepper steak marinade mix our Pepper Steak seasoning with Worcestershire sauce, wine or soy sauce. Marinate steaks or roasts for 2 hours or overnight. Then grill or broil. Excellent for seasoning prime rib roast, chicken and fish.
