Vecchi's Mexican Chorizo Seasoning
Terrific for seasoning taco meat, burrito filling, Spanish rice or any other Mexican fare.
Our chorizo blend is excellent for making chorizo sausage. Mix 2 tablespoons of Mexican Chorizo with 1 pound of ground pork and add 3 tablespoons of vinegar. If you want it hotter, increase the amount of seasoning according to taste.
