Vecchi's Barbeque Seasoning

This one step seasoning is very popular with meat departments. They use it for spreading on chicken or pork products intended for cooking or selling preseasoned in their meat case.

This seasoning is great to use on all cuts of meats. Unlike BBQ sauce, it will not burn or turn black when cooking on the grill. Using this seasoning with butter along with small red potatoes makes a very tasty dish. Rub or sprinkle on beef, chicken, fish or pork before grilling or broiling.

For a richer taste, brush on melted butter after meat is browned and continue cooking. On whole chickens and turkey, sprinkle all over before baking or roasting.
